The objective of this ongoing project is to re-examine Turkish foreign policy (TFP) within the framework of the abovementioned new regional and international dynamics, both from different theoretical perspectives and with new empirical data. It seeks to better understand the drivers, objectives, tools, and outcomes of contemporary Turkish foreign policy as well as its international, state and sub-state levels. This is imperative for the better understanding of geopolitical dynamics and changes in the Eastern Mediterranean, Cyprus's foreign policy as well as the Cyprus Problem. Thus, the project's geographical focus is on TFP in the broader Eastern Mediterranean region but it is not limited to that.
