Israel, Palestine, and the Future of Regional Diplomacy: From Humanitarian Emergency to a Credible Political Horizon
Format. Panel discussion
Policy problem. Regional diplomacy is repeatedly pulled back into crisis management. New security and connectivity architectures, including initiatives presented through the Board of Peace, cannot be assessed separately from humanitarian protection, Palestinian political agency, security guarantees, and a credible political horizon.
Purpose. Identify the minimum diplomatic and institutional conditions required to move from emergency response towards an implementable political process, and test whether emerging regional frameworks support inclusive peace or merely manage instability.
Complementary perspectives. Palestinian diplomacy, Arab-American bridge-building, Israeli and regional peacebuilding, European-Mediterranean diplomacy, and Cyprus-based regional analysis.
